Justin is a Licensed Physical Therapist and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).
Justin's journey began as a habitually injured athlete as he grew up in Hammonton, NJ. While rehabbing various different injuries as a middle school and high school athlete, Justin was first exposed to Physical Therapy. Growing up a sports fan and personally understanding the psychological aspects of injury, Justin passion for physical therapy began to grow. Justin decided he could help many others in similar situations get back to the sports and activities that they loved.
Justin began his undergraduate studies at Boston University in Boston, MA and then transferred to Rutgers University in New Brunswick, NJ, where he graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science and Sports Studies in 2014. During his time at Rutgers, Justin was the head fitness supervisor of the College Avenue Gym. Following his time at Rutgers, Justin continued his studies at the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia, PA. Justin graduated with his Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2017.
In both a rehabilitation and training realm, Justin has experience working with athletes of all levels, ranging from professional athletes to youth athletes. He is experienced teaching speed mechanics and training in both individual and group settings. Justin uses his strength and conditioning principles when treating his physical therapy patients in order to achieve the best results.
Other than his therapy and performance expertise, Justin is a very experienced beach bum and loves spending time with his feet in the sand. Justin also loves a good meal, so please let him know any recommendations that you might have. Justin is a 4 for 4 Philadelphia sports fan and spends a lot of his free time watching sports.
